Dakota

I created this wiki primarily as a means to keep my thoughts in order, but I hope that one day it will help people learn more about me and my positions on subjects. Because it's a wiki, they and I, will be able to see how these positions have changed throughout time. I'm excited at that prospect. I began with a wikified version of my facebook note "25 Things You Don't Know About Me", now known as Preliminaries. It includes a lot of favorites of mine, so I started a document collecting them entitled Favorites. Every so often I make some noise and it gets picked up by the local paper, so I keep such instances logged on my Media page.

Research

In my life I have researched many subjects and have discovered things that appear to be new. Most of the time this has not led to any sort of scholarly publication, so for those more interested than I in these topics, I would like to make my contributions easily accessible.

Books

Most of the time I read books they aren't in the public domain yet. This makes it more difficult to perform searches on them since their full text is not usually freely available in digital format. Hence I have created this page to keep easily accessible digital bookmarks. Look ma! No dog-ears!
